A Movable Feast was founded by Giovanna Rosenfeld inspired by her passion for bringing high quality ingredients in exquisitely crafted crêpes to our neighbors here in Atlanta. We make every effort to be sure all our ingredients are as organic as possible and sourced both locally in Georgia and from independently owned purveyors around the country, and we pay extra attention to seasonality and sustainability when selecting them all. The end result is the finest balance of flavor and style we can bring to our craft. We also do catering of all kinds (not just crêpes) About Giovanna: She grew up in her family owned Italian Restaurant, which fueled her lifelong passion for cooking. After University she moved to Europe where she studied Cuisine at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris. During school she worked at a sidewalk crêperie – after which she hit the road worked everywhere from Bath UK, San Diego CA, Scottsdale AZ, Martha’s Vineyard MA and even owning a little French Bistro in Tupelo, Miss! – All life’s journeys have helped her to hone her skills and learn all about French and Regional Continental Cuisine - Life has finally brought her here to Atlanta to put down some roots with her family. She is happy to call Atlanta home. Her greatest hope is to share her favorite street food of Paris with the people of Atlanta. Learn the Delicious Artistry of Crêpes Crêpes Making Classes: We’d love to stroll down the Champs-Élysées and idle away the afternoon at a cozy Parisian cafe. But with travel costs so high, we’re sticking closer to home with this option: Pay $50 per person for a 60- to 90-minute crêpes-making class (two person minimum) in our Commissary in Kennesaw GA. Crêpes classes are based on availability. You and your friends will learn recipes and techniques on how to make traditional crêpes. We will provide some appetizers, and you can bring the beverage of your choice to enjoy during the class and after when you eat your delicious creations. If Kennesaw is too far…For an additional charge, we will bring the classroom to you! Learn to make crepes in our mobile crêperie. Paris may not be in your budget, but a taste in Atlanta is just as sweet.
